Terms and Conditions for Nexus Badminton Gift Card Product

1. Eligibility: Nexus Badminton Gift Cards (the "Gift Cards") are offered to all individuals.

2. Issuance: Gift Cards are issued by Nexus Badminton ("Nexus", "we", "us", "our"). The terms "you" and "your" mean the person who purchased or received a Gift Card.

3. Redemption: Gift Cards can be redeemed solely for the purchase of eligible goods and/or services provided by Nexus Badminton and its participating partners. They cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

4. Balance: You can check your Gift Card balance by visiting our website or contacting our customer service.

5. Non-refundable: The Gift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.

6. Non-transferable: Gift Cards cannot be transferred, resold, or reloaded.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards: Nexus Badminton is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of your Gift Card if you or someone else has made a copy of the Gift Card. Please safeguard your Gift Card appropriately.

8. Expiration: Unless otherwise required by law, the Gift Card expires five years after the date of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability: Nexus Badminton makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement on the use of the Gift Card.

10. Amendments: Nexus Badminton reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Card at any time without prior notice, including the right to cancel the Gift Card program.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and federal laws of the United States.

12. Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the Gift Card will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and federal laws of the United States.

By purchasing, accepting, or using the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time.
